Situation : Ilot Malais is an exclusive private island located in the « le Morne » bay facing the village of Case Noyale on the west coast of Mauritius.

The island is two hundred meters away from the mainland. A small boat trip is therefore required for access to the villa and its magnificent tropical garden.

Description : The 350 m² villa has recently been renovated. It has 2 large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and, sharing the same bathroom another double bedroom and a children’s room with 2 beds.

1st bedroom: Large double bed with mosquito net, air conditioning, table, closet, vue on the pool, access to the veranda. Large en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and Jacuzzi.

2nd bedroom: Double bed with mosquito net, air conditioning, table, closet, sea view. En suite bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and sea view

3rd bedroom: double bed, fan, closet, sea and mountain view

4th bedroom: bunk bed, fan, closet, access to veranda, view on garden

The house also has a living room, dining room, all-equipped kitchen, as well as a huge veranda, all in tropical style.
Living room: access to the veranda, equipped with TV, DVD and satellite TV

Dining room: large table for 12 with sea view.
Kitchen: gaz cooker, oven, micro-wave oven, electric water boiler, coffee machine, toaster and service for 12 people.
Veranda: teak floor, dining space for 12, a few little salons and chimney
The main living area is around the swimming pool located on the beach, 16 meters long, shallow and deep ends, coconut tree in the middle. with its barbecue, sundeck, seating area, and fabulous view on the sunset

Living area protected from the sun with 8 seats and 2 tables with a great sea view. It is the best place from which to watch the sunset.
White sand beach

The very large sandbank and shallow water around the island insure the tranquility of the place. A 5 minute boat ride will take you to the one of the best swimming and snorkeling spots in Mauritius.

Practical info:

A team of 3 people is at your disposal during your stay:
Two cleaning ladies do the daily chores in the house, they can also cook Mauritian dishes
The “gardien” is in charge of cleaning the pool, the garden and the beach. He also organize your boat trips and barbecues
The “gardien” is on-call 24hrs a day.
