“Couleurs & Saveurs”: international buffets – The main restaurant at the hotel is open for breakfast and dinner. For dinner, an open buffet with a choice of European, Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Indian food stations.
“Ostrea” - facing the lagoon, the beach restaurant, opens between 12h30 and 15h00; offers a real seaside menu mix of Mediterranean and local Creole cuisine. From 19h00 to 22h00, the beach restaurant dresses up in a deluxe pub fashion, starring seafood delights and a different Mauritian tasting special menu each day.
“Sugar”: The gastronomic restaurant - wide-open onto the water, with a comfortably spaced veranda serves eastern and western cuisines. Opening hours: 19h30 to 22h00.
Bars
“Aquaria” - the main bar with a wonderful choice of cocktails between 10h00 and 23h00. The bar serves quick salads and sandwiches at lunch time; snacks for late afternoon. Music shows and theme entertainment are held in the evenings.
“Plantation Bar” - offers a beautiful panoramic view across the ponds and gardens. In the evening, the club spirit of the place prevails as it becomes the hideout for billiard amateurs. Opening hours: 10 h 00 to 23 h 00.
